As a KOSDAQ-listed company with a global workforce, this role will support compensation structures, equity programs, and broader HR operations across Korea and international entities.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing operation and improvement of our reward programs, including stock-based compensation (Stock Options, etc.), while ensuring operational accuracy and alignment with public company requirements. While compensation and equity operations will be a key focus, this role is also intended for someone who is comfortable supporting cross-functional HR initiatives and growing within a broader global HR environment over time.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and operational improvement in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Operations\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination via external vendors as needed<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to operational accuracy and process stability in a lean team environment<\/li>\n<li>Gain exposure to global payroll coordination and cross-border HR operations over time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR Data &amp; Compliance Support<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Finance and IR to provide accurate HR data for corporate disclosures and ensure compliance with KOSDAQ requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equity Tax &amp; Compliance Support<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support tax-related processes for equity programs, including withholding tax handling and coordination with implementation of new equity incentive schemes aligned with a KOSDAQ-listed environment and global growth<\/li>\n<li>Support operational processes related to stock option exercises, taxation, and equity administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Compensation Benchmarking<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct data-driven compensation benchmarking and analyze peer group data within the industry to support informed salary and incentive decisions<\/li>\n<li>Support compensation analysis using market data sources such as Radford and Mercer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Total Reward Program Management &amp; Enhancement<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refine, administer, and continuously improve existing Total Rewards programs integrating cash, benefits, and equity to support high talent density and long-term retention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HR Process &amp; Workflow Improvement<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the global HR team to develop and improve internal HR workflows, documentation, and employee-facing materials (e.g., onboarding guides, welcome handbooks) to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic HR Projects<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in and support key HR initiatives, including the introduction of new equity programs and the setup of HR processes for new international entities<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation and operationalization of evolving global reward programs<\/li>\n<li>Support HR forecasting and operational follow-up processes, including workforce planning, compensation tracking, and coordination of ongoing HR initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Skills, Abilities &amp; Competencies<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of relevant HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work comfortably with compensation and HR-related data<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Compensation &amp; Benefits and\/or equity administration within a public company or fast-growing organization is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of Korean labor law and compensation-related processes<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with stock option administration, equity taxation, or global payroll processes is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n<li>Business-level English communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a lean and fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with HRIS or equity platforms is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in biotech\/life sciences, global organizations, or support for international
